All ages and levels are welcome 🎵 My name is Alyona, I am a professional cellist, have studied classical cello in Russia (Moscow), the Netherlands (Groningen) and currently studying jazz cello in Austria (Linz). I’ve been teaching for four years now and would be happy to share my love for music with new students 💫 Our lesson can go in three languages: English, German or Russian.

I teach Soviet school of classical cello playing founded by Semyon Kozolupov that was passed to me by my Moscow professor Igor Gavrysh. From the very basics to advanced technical levels. On top of that I can teach music theory and solfege, to complement your musical journey. And if you want to study jazz with me, I can accompany your first steps in it, as well as teach you things I am currently learning from my jazz professor Stephan Braun. And just as with classical, jazz theory and solfege can nicely fit the package 😊 If you or someone you know loves cello, I can help you explore the beauty of its world! 🎻
